I found this collection of violent and funny Canadian PSAs via in4mador. Each ad features someone getting into a horrible accident, and then blaming it on the ladder. Even in the accidents that don’t involve a ladder!

Of the three, the one with the woman getting her face cooked by the deep fat fryer is probably the most disturbing, but maybe you have a fear of being bisected, and would find the woman falling off a ladder onto glass much more horrifying. How does ‘Big Daddy’ of Lincoln Car Insurance in Chicago get all the ladies? This commercial for the company explains some of the mystery. The rest, we assume, has something to do with a great and powerful sorcerer.

This is like a masters course in bad commercial making. There are things in here so bad the layman just wouldn’t think of it. ‘When you cut to him, he has joke spring glasses on and a sound effect plays? I never would have thought to do something that stupid! Truly this is the work of a master.’

Oh and let’s not forget that the mock-pimp getup makes him look totally racist. If his rates are as low as he says I guess we can forgive him.

Oh crap an orc

World of Warcraft is making a strange TV ad campaign bid for more players to get hooked into paying a monthly membership. I guess if it works for eHarmony, it will work for another online venture that does the opposite of trying to make you meet real life people.

The videos feature Mr. T and William Shatner, and can be found on this page. Strangely I found the Mr. T spot to be more funny, maybe because I can actually imagine him playing the game. Shatner would probably just farm for gold or some shit like that.

You will now associate women with gorillas

This ad is a parody of the Cadbury gorilla / Phil Collins video, but instead of a gorilla drumming to the song, it’s a woman in a Wonder Bra.

As a parody it seems kind of lacking, but we will let the readers reserve judgment until they have watched the video several times.

The kind gents at College Humor bring us this new ad for Power Thirst. It’s much like Power Thirst part one, except this time, it’s part two.

Bear blasting is something you’ll make up after you drink this drink because you’ll be too energetic for normal sports. It will make you win at running, football, weddings, and art.

This is the funniest parody of a commercial so far made, attempt no further parodies under severe penalty of rocket can.
