Even for a Taco Bell commercial, this is pretty bad. Taco Bell has a handful of these running right now for their Caesar burrito thingy, and they are all equally horrendous, and I get that vague feeling I’m watching a Saved by the Bell rerun. I think what pushes them over the top is that in each of them some there’s some horrible forced laughter at someone’s performance that is no way funny at all, again reminiscent of Saved by the Bell.

  1. I worked on this commercial. When I went home I told my wife that I had just worked on the most stupid commercial ever. When it aired I could not believe how bad it was. Someone in there advertising department should be fired. Im embarrassed to have worked on it

  2. You made this! You did this to us.

  3. Amen brother.
    You nailed it.
I for one, love film as a medium. How and why people can flat out waste it, is amazing.

  4. The first thing that popped into my head was… Nice, Chicken Ceasar salad thingy on a date! Nothing like garlic/anchovie breath to make the night that more special! What a lucky girl she is!

  5. “I think what pushes them over the top…”

The forced laughter was absolutely painful to watch. Just thinking about the commercial now is bringing back awful memories.

  6. Also, please, if you read this, comment on the latest “Good to Go” commercial in which parents use the slogan as they kick their son out of the house.

  7. I think that latest good to go one is much better that those geeky ones with the guy in the car.

  8. Does anybody know the name of the Hot girl in the Taco Bell car comercials???
